Disclose-it is available for both single users and organisations alike, although cost per head dramatically reduces when purchasing multi-user licences.

We recognise the need for flexibility in our pricing schedule to match your ever changing organisational requirements. Rather than issuing licences based upon a number of terminals, or even named individuals (as some software houses do), we would prefer to give your organisation an unlimited, multi-user, multi-site licence based upon your current employee count. The licencing costs could reduce to as little as £5.00 per head depending on the number expected users.

This means that you are free to allow any of your employees to use the software, and gives you the freedom to install the software on as many or few machines as you choose, without having to worry about opening up new licences should your requirements change.
