Introduction

Anyone who has prepared 'Unused Material Schedules' for criminal or civil court proceedings will know that it can be a time consuming and onerous task at the best of times. It allows you start entering your material gathered during an investigation from day one. You can transfer items between schedules at will until you are finally in a position to print. Your final schedules will be clear and professional. Schedules will be compliant with the 'Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act' or 'Civil Procedure Rules' respectively.

As well as producing the schedules themselves, Disclose-it has also proved to be a very useful tool during a trial. Simply run it on a laptop and have the flexibility and availability of searching all unused material instantly.
